Norland China Trip 2024
On the 4th of July 2024, Norland HQ hosted over 100 Africa elite leaders after a detailed preparation and arrangements with the collaborative efforts from team leaders, branch managements, HQ colleagues, as well as the staffs of Beijing factory and Wangqing Jilin Factory.
A special appreciation to the Chinese embassies to approve all the visa applications. There are 8 nationalities in this group and since the break of covid-19, this is the first time Chinese Embassy approved 40 visas to Nigerians at a time.
Africa elites flied from South Africa, Botswana, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Nigeria, Uganda and Tanzania to Beijing the capital city of China and also where Norland HQ locates. Leaders visited Forbidden City, Tianmen Square, Bird Nest, Water Cube and also one of the seven wonders in the world-Great Wall. Norland Beijing Factory is just 15 minutes drive to one of the main site of Great Wall which is a place of must visit after Great Wall. All the leaders were amazed by seeing the industrial park and new buildings and facilities inside.
After Beijing, by taking the bullet train with highest speed of 300 kilometers per hour, the team proceeded to Changbai mountain which is 5A tourist attraction of China which shares boarder with North Korea.
Norland is a group of companies and has different factories, the latest one locates in the hometown of Chairman, Wangqing Jilin Province. Chairman prepared a warm welcome and beautiful Gala Dinner which made this trip not only a visit but back to home.
From new factory to another beautiful city of China-Tianjin. Haihe river night view, Teda air craft carrier, shopping plaza etc in Tianjin makes this China trip more colorful and interesting.
